Under Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Law all applicants will need to provide a "COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT/ABUSE DISCLOSURE RELEASE" form. You will need to provide a completed form from your current employer, all former employers who are school entities or where you worked with children. Please attach your completed forms to your application. There is also link on the attachment page for you to submit the form.
In addition, you are required to provide PA Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearances prior to hire.
